We stopped posting in this blog to give it a different spin but we couldn't do it because we have participated in a few BJJ events as you could see in our event area and we have been really busy with the hundreds of hours in footage to review and edit.
We also are offering new free videos and also opened a youtube channel Let us know what you think about the videos!

Our next event is with NEWBREED in South Carolina August 8, 2020!!! if you are going to participate please don't hesitate to talk to us!
We would like to ask what is your opinion on the videos below and vote in which one you like.
Video A is the raw video from camera 1 Video B is the video a but with half of the frames per second Video C was shot at 4K 30fps but it has been rendered to 1080p 60fps Video D is video C zoomed to have the same "quality" of 1080p
We are all the time testing our operations and systems in order to continuously improve.
In the videos below we explain a little bit the set up of the cameras and posts in a 8 mats tournament.
I apologize for the rapid movements of the shots. The testing was for improving mounting and dismounting of the system and then I decided on the fly to take the videos so no preparation or script.
We modified the VIP editing sample following the results of the Facebook poll.
Thank you to all that voted and I apologize for the poll not working properly for all of you. We also changed the clock to a timer. Here you have the winner: Please visit our Facebook page to vote on the video editing ending that you like
https://www.facebook.com/107239524355400/posts/146890163723669/?vh=e&d=n As requested in social media, here you have the unedited video of the test that I mentioned in a previous post. The result of the test is absolutely positive and the posts are safe for all impacts below 3 feet that is the danger zone in a jiu jitsu event. You can also see that we have water containers in front of the post helping to protect anyone impacting it. We position the post 2 feet out from the mats and we also have additional barriers for those posts that will be in heavily transited areas. We have finished relabeling and programming our cameras. here are a few photos: All cameras relabeled and ready! Close-up to our laptop with some of the cameras connected and recording. (You can see me taking the picture). Cameras, router and computer all programmed and working. (the yoga mats are ok to break fall but not to roll ;-)) |
